Hangzhou Fine Metal Machinery Co., Ltd. is a joint venture specialized in the manufacture of mechanical products for export, with a registered capital of USD500,000, a fixed capital about USD6,250,000 and about 80 staff members.We have 4 sets of CNC machining center and a set CNC lathe from Haas Automation, Inc. of USA, 1 set of CNC automatic lathe from Citizen Machinery Co., Ltd. of Japan, 2 sets CNC lathe from Taiwan, 1 set of domestic manufactured CNC lathe, 1 set of domestic manufactured water cutter machine and some accessory facilities, with which various high precision auto parts and other good processed goods are manufactured by special CNC machine tools.All of our products are for export and the total turnover in 2006 reached USD 3,000,000, mainly to EU countries and a small quantity to the USA. Our major products are auto parts (for Volvo Truck Corporation in Sweden and Scania Truck Corporation), power plant spare parts (for ABB Corporation in Sweden), spare parts for the disabled wheelchairs (for Invacare Consortium in USA and Rolko GmbH in Germany) and other spare parts manufactured with the designing and samples provided by customers.We have got the certificate of ISO9001:2000 since 2006 and been the exclusive agent for German Ingersoll Cutting Tools Co., Ltd. for the business of their cutting tools in China since 2003. By the end of 2007, we will move to a new premise with a construction area of 10,000 square meters in Fuchunjiang Town, Tonglu Country in Zhejiang Province.
